Knowing one’s rights and how to use them is also knowing the rights of the other party and respecting them.

Although state ruled by the governance of law and supremacy of law concepts are emphasized quite often they have not become clear in the minds of our people. This is due to the impression of the individuals that this matter concerns law makers only. Whereas the society which carry the right and responsibility of citizenship can create justice and they should. I know that the world and especially out country needs this. Honorable societies are the ones which respect law and can protect people’s right to live. Honor is the respectability measure of peace and its compass, which leads the way and does not deviate from fairness and freedom.  And we know that adopting is equivalent with adopting the state ruled by the governance of law protecting law and improving law.
Law and rights are not only seen as a party which defines crime and punishment they are seen as a structure which show the way for development and living humanly. Making this possible is only by state ruled by the governance of law and supremacy of law concepts entering our lives. Because law and justice can only be materialized with the activities of those citizens who want it and who make an effort. Law is not static. It should be observed methodically and systematically and implemented according to the current conditions.

Ensuring a peaceful society is only possible by ensuring the supremacy of law. It should be the duty of the individuals to know and use their rights.

One of the conditions of becoming state ruled by the governance of law is to have a society consisting of individuals who know their rights, what these rights include, their scope and their limits, who can protect them legally  who have  sense of justice and who believe in justice. This can only be possible with education. We will be finding that good line we call democracy with these trainings..
