After a hotel management education in European University in Montreux Switzerland, Özben Önal Yüksel who was born in Ankara in 1973 got a Business School certificate in Lausanne.

After her job consisting of directing Renovation Projects of 16 hotels associated with Dedeman Tourism Investors A.Ş. in 2004, she still is Member of Dedeman Mining and Decar Board. 

Özben Önal Yüksel is Umut Foundation Founding Trustee and Member of the Board. In addition, she is Member of Autism Foundation, AÇEV (Mother Child Education Foundation) and Izev (Istanbul Developmentally Disabled Education Foundation).
