Dear Panelists,
Dear Participants,

It is accepted as a social problem world wide that indivudials who are members of the same society are armed against each other despite police force. It is observed that intense individual armament enstaranges the sates from being a state governed by rule of law.

State, non-governmental organizations and citizens all together should find solutions and apply them as it is for every social problem. This is what we understand from democracy.

We, as three sides of the problem, expressed our belief in rule of law on a democratic platform by participating in this meeting today. It is obvious that the society will definitely benefit from what uttered here in the short or long term. The parties will certainly reach a consensus platform for mutual benefit of all citizens.

Before all else, we are all an individual. But, the rights we are entitled to as individuals should not counteract our responsibilities as citizens.

I would like to thank you for participating in this meeting by accepting Umut Foundation’s invitation and sharing your views and knowledge with us. I wish the continuoity of your cooperation and I would like to express my belief that this cooperation will be highly valuable to the society.

With due regard.
To a hopeful future.
