This project will be an extension of the Umut Foundation’s Project Education Related to the Law. It covers the subject of the superiority of law and resolution to conflict with non-violent methods. The subject being considered from the perspective of the Balkans is important for the shift from a totalitarian regime to arrangements depending on the superiority of the law. The main goal is regional cooperation to encourage the of superiority of the law, as this is considered as a prerequisite for the existence of democratic and open societies in the Balkans. The Umut Foundation plans to broaden the project in the Balkans after the general framework of the project has been determined and adequate experience has been gained.
